Biology is the science of life and living organisms. A degree in this area will set you on solid footing toward many different career options like ecology, genetics, pharmacology or other healthcare and research careers.  The Minnesota State Biology Transfer Pathway Associate of Science (AS) program allows you to take the first two years of your biology degree at 色中色 and then transfer to a Minnesota State University as a Junior to complete the degree.

General Education and Transfer Option Programs

Starting your college education at 色中色 is an easy way to benefit from smaller class sizes with expert instructors and save money. Learn more about 色中色's affordability on the Paying for College page. 

If you complete a Transfer Pathways program at 色中色 and are admitted to a Minnesota State university, you will be guaranteed junior status and all 60 associate degree credits will count toward the related bachelor鈥檚 degree. Students must meet program admission requirements at the four year institution.  Talk with an SCC advisor for details.
