Spring 2025

  • September 16 – First day to enroll in Nelnet Automatic Payment Plan
  • January 13 – Minimum payment $300 or 15% due for Spring Semester 2025 classes
  • December 9 - January 24– Bookstore charging allowed for financial aid applicants/PSEO students
  • January 9 – Last Day to enroll in Nelnet Automatic Payment Plan
  • January 13 – Spring Semester 2025 begins
  • January 17– Last day to opt-out of Inclusive Access in D2L
  • January 17 – Last day to add or drop full-semester courses
  • January 17 – Registration cancellation for non-payment
  • January 24 – Last day to charge textbooks to your student account
  • January 24 – Last day to return books with a receipt for a full refund for Spring Semester 2025 classes
  • January 27 – Last day to withdraw all enrolled courses for a 75% refund
  • January 31 – First financial aid disbursement for Spring. See Financial Aid Dates for additional dates and info.
  • February 3 – Last day to withdraw all enrolled courses for a 50% refund
  • February 10 – Last day to withdraw all enrolled courses for a 25% refund
  • February 18 – Full payment due for Spring Semester 2025
  • February 26 – Late fees assessed on outstanding accounts not paid by February 25
  • April 3 – Deadline to order cap and gown (see Graduation and Commencement page for more information)
  • April 21 - Last day to withdraw from full-semester courses
  • May 14 – Spring Semester 2025 ends
  • May 15 – Commencement Ceremony (see Graduation and Commencement page for more information)

Summer 2025

  • March 27 – First day to enroll in Nelnet Automatic Payment Plan
  • May 5 - June 6 – Bookstore charging allowed for financial aid applicants/PSEO students
  • May 9 – Minimum payment $300 or 15% due for Fall Semester 2025 classes
  • June 2 – Summer Semester 2025 begins (Session A and Session B)
  • June 6 – Last day to opt-out of Inclusive Access in D2L
  • June 6 – Last day to charge textbooks to your student account
  • June 6 – Last day to return books with a receipt for a full refund for Summer Semester classes
  • June 6 – Last day to add or drop full-semester courses
  • June 6 – Registration cancellation for non-payment
  • June 13 – Last day to withdraw all enrolled courses for a 50% refund
