New 色中色 students starting in Fall 2024 may be eligible to receive a scholarship through the Metallica Scholars Initiative (MSI). Scholarships help cover tuition, fees, and required tools for students pursuing degrees in the follow programs:
- Advanced Agriculture Technician (North Mankato Campus)
- Agriculture and Diesel Service (North Mankato Campus)
- Carpentry (Faribault Campus - Fall Start)
- Machine Tool Technology (Faribault or North Mankato Campus)
- Mechatronics (Faribault or North Mankato Campus)
- Welding (Faribault or North Mankato Campus)
MSI was created in 2019 by Metallica鈥檚 foundation, 鈥楢ll Within My Hands,鈥� in partnership with the American Association of Community Colleges (AACC). All Within My Hands was created by band members in 2017. The organization aims to assist and enrich the lives of members of the communities who have supported the band for years, as well as encourage participation from fans and friends. MSI is a major workforce education initiative that provides direct support to community colleges to enhance their career and technical programs.
