Employee Email Login Instructions

Login to your Office 365 account

  • From the website click on MySCC and choose the Email option in the top menu. Or go directly to:

  • Login username: YourStarID@minnstate.edu
    (enter your StarID. Example: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.)

  • Password: Enter your StarID password

  • Your email address you are using to send/receive email is in this format:
    This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

    Did you FORGET your StarID?

Step-by-step instructions

Visit the website

Do not use your email address to log in.  Use YourStarID@minnstate.edu and click Next.

You should see Minnesota State branding in the background.  Type in your StarID password and click Sign in.

Once logged in to Office 365, you may be directed to the Home page where you can choose between your Office 365 online applications.  Click on the 鈥淢ail鈥� tile to be taken to your inbox.

DO NOT use the login window to reset your password (as seen below. It will not work).  You MUST go to a different website, .
