Yard truck parked in warehouse parking lot surrounded by trailers.

CWE provides training designed to satisfy formal instruction requirements for powerful industrial truck operators

This training prepares you to understand the hazards involved in improper or unsafe yard truck operation. It is a little-known fact that OSHA considers yard trucks to be powered industrial trucks, and are therefore covered under 1910.178.  This training is designed to satisfy all of the formal instruction requirements in OSHA 1910.178 for powered industrial truck operators.

In addition to learning safety principles, your trainer will review OSHA regulations and interpretations. Contract training sessions can include formal instruction and the required performance evaluation as needed.

Program Includes:

  • Regulations and Standards Training
  • Proper Pre-Op Inspection Best Practices Training
  • Classroom Training and Evaluation

Training sessions can be delivered at your location or at either of our two campuses.
