CWE offers MSHA Part 46 and Part 48 Annual Refresher Training either virtually or in-person.

Our 8-hour MSHA Annual Refresher course is designed to align with MSHA Part 46 and Part 48 annual refresher training requirements for surface mining operations.

This refresher course is required for employees who work under the jurisdiction of the Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA). In addition to all coal, metal, and non-metal mining operations, companies and individuals who service the mining industry are also covered under this requirement.

The most up-to-date course schedule can be found online at southcentral.edu/msha. Participants must be registered at least one week before the session begins. Cancellations or transfers will be accepted no less than three business days before the first date of the class.

If you require an experienced miner or an underground refresher, please contact the CWE Trainer listed below.

Training sessions can be delivered at your location or at either of our two campuses. Inquire about our on-site audits.
